Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a consignment store?

While we do sell curated vintage items, we are not a consignment store. At this time, we don’t have the storage capacity to take consigned items.
Our shop operates on a booth-style vendor model, where approved vendors maintain their own space within the store.

If you have items you think would be a great fit for the shop, please email us photos at groovycollectivenj@gmail.com. We review submissions on a case-by-case basis.

We accept donations by appointment only and cannot accommodate all items.

If you’d like to donate, please email us with a description and photos of your items, and we’ll let you know if it’s a good fit. We can then arrange for drop-off or pickup depending on availability.

Thank you for your interest in joining The Groovy Collective!

At the moment, we are on a waitlist for new vendors, but we’re always excited to connect with local artists, vintage resellers, and creatives.

To be considered, please email groovycollectivenj@gmail.com with:

  • A short introduction
  • Photos or links to your products
  • Your social media or website

We’ll reach out when space becomes available or if we see a potential fit for an upcoming event or feature.

We offer a unique blend of preloved clothing, vintage home décor, new band and graphic tees, records, CDs, handmade goods, art by local creatives, novelty and gift items, and other nostalgic treasures.

Yes! We occasionally host creative workshops, pop-up events, and other community gatherings.

If you’re interested in hosting something at The Groovy Collective, please email us at groovycollectivenj@gmail.com with your ideas!

You can also check Instagram or stop by the shop to see what’s coming up next.
